The City of Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department (HCIDLA) invites you share your opinions on proposed changes to the 2015 Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) Pipeline.
Designed to create housing for low and very-low income households in the City, AHTF documents the policies, rules and regulations governing the Federal, State and local funding administered by the City through HCIDLA.
