Accessible Housing Program Training Services Request For Proposals (RFP)

This RFP seeks to solicit qualified organizations/contractors to provide training services for the Accessible Housing Program. The selected contractor shall provide the necessary training required under the City’s Corrected Settlement Agreement (CSA) with the Plaintiffs and the Voluntary Compliance Agreement (VCA) with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to assist LAHD staff in developing curricula, conducting training, and providing related services.

General Manager’s Hearing Services for Rent Stabilization and Housing Code Enforcement Programs RFP

The Los Angeles Housing Department is looking for qualified contractors to administer hearings related to the Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance, Systematic Code Enforcement Programs, and other housing programs. The hearings are conducted in conformance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Chapter XV Rent Stabilization Ordinance, Chapter XVI Housing Code, and other pertinent regulations. The contractor will be expected to regularly conduct hearings, make determinations, and issue decisions for each case.
