The Los Angeles Housing + Community Investment Department (HCIDLA) is pleased to announce it has received a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Grant in the amount of $400,000 from CIT Bank.
The purpose of the CRA grant funds is to support the City of Los Angeles’ Low Income Purchase Assistance (LIPA) Homeownership Program. With the CRA grant, HCIDLA will be able to assist 27 hard-working, low-income families purchase their first homes in the City of Los Angeles. HCIDLA will leverage its LIPA Program funds with the CRA grant funds to assist more deserving families reach the dream of homeownership.
